1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup sesame seeds
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup water
Mix the flour and sesame seeds well.
Blend the salt and oil into the flour mixture.
Add enough of the water tomake pie-like dough.
Roll to 1/8 inch thickness, the thinner the better. Cut into shapes. Place on unoiled pans.
Bake at 350 degrees until crisp and golden. Salt top while still hot. Store in airtight container.
These are a wonderful crisp treat. They were especially enjoyable where store-bought crackers were not available.
