9 cups flour
1/2 cup baking powder
1 1/4 cups nonfat milk powder
4 teaspoons salt
1 3/4 cups shortening
For biscuits–use 2 cups Mission Mix + 1/2 cup water. Bake in a 425 degree F. oven for 10 minutes.
For pizza crust–use 1 cup Mission Mix + 1/4 cup water + 2 teaspoons sugar. Oil pan, bake until lightly brown, top and bake until cheese melts.
For pancakes–use 2 cups Mission Mix + 1 teaspoon sugar + 1 egg + 1 cup water.
For cinnamon rolls–use 2 cups Mission Mix + 2 Tablespoons sugar + 1/2 cup water. Knead dough, roll out. Dot with butter and 1/4 cup cinnamon and sugar. Bake in 375 degree F. oven for 20 minutes.
Similar to Bisquick, this is a basic mixture that can be used to make biscuits, pancakes, pizza dough and cinnamon rolls.
