Ingredients
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 Tablespoons vinegar
2 cups oil
Method
In a blender, mix eggs, salt, pepper, and vinegar.
Then SLOWLY drizzle oil into the blender while blending. Stop when the mayonnaise stiffens.
Store it in the refrigerator. It is not safe if it gets to room temperature.
